Key Responsibilities:
A. Work closely with the Head of Sales and the GEMs to create a market penetration strategy
B. Pro-active sales activities to convert suspects into prospects
C. Primary owner of the Opportunity Management process - Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close - for new prospects or new clients within the first 18 months of opening
D. Form peering relationships with client personnel at the VP/Director level, and working (non-peering) relationships with CXOs; Sourcing for additional business
E. Following up with prospects so that it can lead to a proposal
F. Working with the pre-sales functions to craft a suitable and compelling proposal for the client
G. Showcase our Capabilities, Value, Relationships and Governance in all interactions
H. Manage proposal pricing negotiations and closure process
I. Taking Go-To-Market Solutions to the target market
Basic Requirements:
* 8-15yrs of experience, combination of Business, delivery and sales plus Domain experience, Managed portfolios ranging between
$4-15M. The SM will report into a Sr. SM
* Resources/ Process MFG – Natural Resources: ( Metal / Paper/ Chemical/ Mining)
* Global delivery model experience (off shore outsourcing)
* Account management & offshore exp in IT services, multiple service lines
* SAP or ERP sales would be a plus
* Candidates from top-tier consulting/ outsourcing companies preferred.
* No H1b
