Our client is a very well funded group of ISO’s with a strong management team and a comprehensive product offering that will appeal to a broad mix of merchants in all industry segments. They are expanding dramatically and need several seasoned, entrepreneurial Sales Managers to develop and execute a sales plan. Ideally, our client would like to see several salespeople follow you.
Key responsibilities include:
Build, establish, train and lead a sales organization (10-12) in a given territory
Expand / maintain the ISO channel
Serve as part of the senior management team and contribute to all facets of the business, from product development and marketing to operations
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years in the ISO industry a plus
Demonstrated success in sales management and strategic leadership including experience with sales compensation plans
Previous experience in building a 1099 or a direct sales team
Previous experience developing an ISO channel
Proven ability to function as part of a senior management team

Compensation: commensurate with experience. Salary range: $60K - $80K plus commissions, overrides, residuals. OTE: $100- $145K with no caps
