*College degree in Information Systems or related field, or equivalent work experience
*Over 10+ years experience in applications programming.
*Experience as a Architect/Senior Consulting with design experience
*Mastery of programming concepts, procedures and practices with prior experience and good understanding of J2EE application design and development.
*Minimum of 10 yrs of Java/J2EE development
*Must have experience with Web Services, Spring, Hibernate, Webshpere
*Must have experience with Java Swing using jgoodies
*Strong OO development background; Strong knowledge of Java solutions and distributed application architectures
*Strong understanding of relational databases. Experience with Oracle, and Db2
*Experience working with the project management cycle
*Demonstrated ability to develop customized solutions to meet business requirements
