Interesting and challenging opportunity within the DAIRY PROCESSING
industry!
You will plan, direct, organize, and control all activities for
quality function at the plant. You will monitor plant sanitation
and good manufacturing practices, track trends, develop preventative
systems and solutions.
You will supervise staff of 5.

Please offer the following:

BS in Food Science, Dairy Science, Microbiology, etc.; combined
with at least 5 years experience OR an MS combined with at least
3 years experience. A minimum of 3 years management background
is needed.

Must have expert knowledge of food science and quality sytems.
ICE CREAM industry experience is a big plus!
