US GLOBAL BANK strong in Asia is looking for a strong proactive HR professional to join its Human Resources team to support its Asset Management Business in Hong Kong

RESPONSIBILITIES READ CAREFULLY

- Provide HR advice and support to internal clients
- 8+ Years direct exp/
- Provide advice and support on all aspects of annual processes including performance review, promotions, salary review and bonuses
- Conduct talent review and support organisational development projects
- Conduct training needs analysis to establish identify individual training requirements and identify career development opportunities
- Drive learning and development interventions where necessary
- Advise clients on compensation levels
- Manage leavers' process and advise on disciplinary and grievance procedures
- Coordinate and implement ad hoc HR projects as necessary
