Sales Manager/Technician

Our client an industry leader servicing and distributing compressed air, vacuum, and process cooling systems for the manufacturing, and medical industries is looking for a Sales Manager/Technician to join their team.

Department Functions:

Develop new market and customers.
Promote service and parts departments.
Market analysis.
Competitive feedback to President and all departments.
Handle customer complaints.
Research new products.
Advertising and sales promotion.

Manager's Fuctions:

Set yearly goals and objectives for department and personnel.
Organize territories and responsibilities.
Evaluate our people, department, markets and products to achieve objectives.
Motivate, and communicate with all personnel to reach their potential.

Personal Responsibilities:

National accounts and house accounts.
Performance review of Regional Sales Manager and discuss performance of all salesmen.
Assist salesmen on large jobs as requested by Regional Sales Manager.
Pricing policy discussed with Regional Sales Manager.
Write specifications.
Analyze new and competitive products and inform salesmen.
Advertising and Sales Promotion.
