REQUIRED : HEAD FINANCE FOR A MEDIUM SIZED MEDICAL DISPOSABLES COMPANY ( Job Ref. JXNFC/77 )

COMPANY: Part of a 100 Crore Well Diversfied Group.

ROLE : Maintain the accounts of the Company and carry out activities in Corporate Finance of the Group, assisting the Group CFO. Candidate is expected to spend 50% time for the Company role and 50% time for the Group Corporate Finance role.

QUALIFICATIONS : A CA is an ESSENTIAL requirement.

PROFILE He should have 10~12 years of post qualification experience in manufacturing and engineering industries. Out of this he should have spent 5 years heading the accounts and finance function of a company/plant of Rs 50~100 crs in Sales turnover. He should have independently handled Closure of monthly and annual accounts, MIS, Budgeting and costing functions of the company/plant. Must have headed a team of 6~10 people under him.

Tasks and Responsibilities
A. Company Finance Role
1 Accounting functions
2 To ensure monthly and annual closure of accounts of the Company.
3 To ensure monthly preparation of Company MIS.
4 To carry out day to day funding and managing of cash flow of the units under him.
5 To ensure control of working Capital utilisation and specially ensure Credit control on Retail Sales
6 Ensure statutory compliance relating to direct taxation for the Company
7 Would be responsible for Annual and Quarterly Audit of accounts
8 Will be responsible for the Internal Audit cor-ordination of the Company.

B. Group Corporate Finance Role :
8 To analyse the MIS received from various companies and highlight areas of concerns
9 To drive the process of Budgeting and Financial Planning of the group
10 To make financial projections of all companies for Internal (Management decisions) and External usage (short term / long term funding)
11 To evalaute the Capital Expenditure proposals sent by units/companise under the guidance of CFO.
12 Work closely with CFO on the strategic projects of organic/in-organic growth

Professional Skills required

1 Good Technical knowledge of Accounting, MIS and Costing
2 Good knowledge of Taxation (both Direct and Indirect)
3 Good knowledge and experience of Working capital Management arranging working capital Finance
4 Knowledge of Project evlauation and long term funding both Debt and Equity
5 Working Knowledge of FEMA, Export, Import Policy and various Import, Export procedures of Banks, DGFT and Customs

LOCATION : Near Gurgaon

SALARY : Upto around Rs. 12 lacs pa
