Help Desk Analyst – Tier I
Polaris area;
17/hr overtime available
6 week project

The project willconsist of converting banking centers over to a new platform. The helpdesk analysts will provide support to field technicians via the phone and throughthe use of remote access. The helpdeskwill remotely assist the field techs in completing tasks including, but notlimited to, the preparing of workstations for imaging, installing peripherals,and setting up printers.

Requirements:

Good customer service and communication skills.
The ability to work in a fast pace environment – must be able to work quickly and accurately in a shared community environment.
Ability to complete multiple tasks with minimal direction.
Solid knowledge of MS XP operating system.
Familiar with networking tasks
Able to follow directions and work independently.
Position will interact with end-users, field technicians, and IT department.
Flexibility to work extended hours at various times in the day between 8am and 9pm.
Duration,Hours, and Location:

Project duration:Start dates ranging from 9/21/09 to 9/28/09 – Last Day 10/30/09

Hours: Anticipated 5day work week with some required overtime. Shifts will start at various times, and will likely include start times between8am and Noon. Flexibility in shiftavailability is a key component.

Help Desk Analystsbwill be required to work the weekend of October 24-25, 2009 with extended hours,in addition to the regular work week.



AdditionalInformation:

A background checkand drug screening must be completed before starting the project. Also, afingerprinting security check must also be completed in advance of start.
