The branded display “Gift Card Mall” is designed as a compact in-store prepaid card destination that holds a wide range of card offerings (500+ in the US). This innovative program provides a turnkey solution for increasing customer traffic and basket size while delivering one of the store’s highest profits per square meter. They also distribute prepaid telecom cards and prepaid (open loop) gift and debit cards while continuing to expand the gift card product categories and channels of distribution.
Job Description:
This is a pioneering role. Our client needs someone who loves thinking out of the box and working with energizing clients. This person will be responsible for supporting strategic relationships with newly established online clients of their Network Alliance and Card Partners, expanding existing alliance and card partner programs. Current programs include gift cards, telecom products, prepaid financial cards and general merchandise items. You will spend most of your time by phone and meeting with clients, suppliers and internal contacts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supports card partner accounts on a day to day basis with general account service, marketing programs, problem solving, reporting and analytics.
• Timely and strategic follow through on all account requests.
• Development/presentation of sales reports, marketing analysis, card orders and other analytics.
• Responsible for building/maintaining strong account relationships that lead to long term partnerships, increased card sales for the account and ultimately exclusive account retention .
• Some negotiation of contracts including renewals and extensions
• Re-presentation and sales of new services including marketing programs, international expansion where relevant and online / bulk sales services.
• Up to 25% travel (Western/ Central US)
Qualifications:
• BA/BS degree in Marketing, Management, Business related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years experience managing online client relationships.
• 5-8 years solution sales, channel sales or selling new incentives into a new customer base.
• 5+ years of client service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication as well as analytical and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Work well with large, multi-functional teams and in highly complex situations.
Education:
• 4 year college degree
• 5+ years managing retail clients and implementing marketing/merchandising programs
• Management experience preferred

Compensation: Base salary to $95K
