Our client - by offering best-in-class credit/debit/prepaid card processing, payroll, check management and payment solutions tailored to meet the diverse needs of small to mid-sized merchants, they create real value for businesses served nationwide. They also provide support to banks, ISO’s and partners in need of distribution capability within their merchant base. They are currently expanding their sales team and are hiring individuals with impeccable personal integrity and who are motivated to build a career and significant wealth for themselves and their families over the next 4-5 years. The ideal candidate must have prior success selling conceptual business products or services to business owners in a competitive market. You must excel at identifying new opportunities, building relationships and closing business.
Success Factors
The ideal candidate will have an established network of business relationships in this area and possesses experience building relationships with small to mid-sized businesses.
Outside (B2B) selling experience.
Constantly generate 25+ business leads per day
Meet minimum monthly sales expectations
Ability and strong desire to interact with customers on a daily basis
Able to establish professional relationships with business owners, managers, and decision makers across various industries
Develop referral relationships with trade associations, commercial banks and value added resellers
Attend scheduled training and conference calls
Continually use self-directed programs to master all facets of the business
Preferred attributes:
Candidates with knowledge of banking, payroll, business operations, data processing and knowledge is helpful, but not required.
Proven track record building personal financial success propelled by high energy and activity to achieve greater financial success.
Self-directed and entrepreneurial spirit required to develop strategies for penetrating vertical markets and existing relationships to meet and exceed individual goals.
Self-motivated and driven to persevere while selling a competitive product group.
Stable employment history with continuous growth in sales production.
Ability to jump-start sales activity through a large network of contacts, community involvement and cold-calling.
Possess an outgoing, engaging, friendly personality
Build mutually beneficial partnership with high attention to customer service
Self-motivated and driven to work with little supervision
Proven history of being highly organized and detail oriented
Strong professional ethics and impeccable personal integrity
Practical working knowledge of modern technology including the Internet, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Required Education - High School Diploma at a minimum

possess a current automobile insurance policy and a valid driver's license.
