Our client, a well established and growing business services firm located in Northern Bergen County is currently expanding organizationally. The Director of Operations will have a key role in assisting the Executive Management Team in creating and executing the strategic plan for expansion. The position will be responsible for enhancing and overseeing operational policies, objectives and new initiatives throughout the organization. This will require the ability to evaluate current policies, procedures and systems and to make recommendations for improvements and the implementation of enhancements. The Director is responsible to manage and direct the activities of the Account Management Team, who are responsible for servicing the existing customer base as well as prospecting for new customers. Ideal candidate will have a strong B2B background in service oriented industries; strong managerial and interpersonal skills a must.
