THE RIGHT STAFF is currently looking for Insurance Representatives with claims processing expertise! Our client is currently seeking an Insurance Representative to ensure that all claims are accepted and accurately processed by insurance payers. The representative will also assist with identification of claim trends while working in a timely and professional manner. This is a key position, ensuring their ability to provide effective and affordable healthcare to their patients.

Essential Accountabilities:

· Ensures that claims are correct and processed and provides solutions to outstanding claims.
· Communicates with internal and external customers to facilitate resolution process.
· Maintain accounts receivable by processing outstanding receivables in a timely manner.
· Projects as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:
· Person needs strong background in processing claims errors, working with insurance companies.
HS diploma or equivalent desired. Post-secondary education preferred.
· 2 years minimum experience resolving medical claims.
· Ability to professionally discuss claims with patients and insurance payers and effectively resolve outstanding claims.
· Knowledge of general accounting principles and capacity to work repetitive tasks.
· Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills.
· High level of professionalism and ability to work with confidential material.
· Well-developed analytical and problem solving skills and strong attention to detail.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Word and Excel.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to maintain relationships with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
