THE RIGHT STAFF is currently looking for Help Line Assistants with Bilingual Spanish/English expertise!

Essential Accountabilities:
' Assist caller in appropriate manner and document completely.
' Follow through on any action that needs to be taken and document accurately, interact professionally with Management Teams as needed.
' Thoroughly understand and keep up with company profiles, incentive programs, terminology, customization, protocols and other pertinent data for participating companies.
' Assist with any special projects.
' Attend appropriate staff meetings and training.
' Utilize customer service and conflict management skills with all participant contacts.
' Attempt to return all call backs prior to the end of the shift or no later than the following day.
' Follow protocols regarding client confidentiality and data privacy.

' Process program registrations and mailings on a daily basis.
' Run reports and complete daily data processing functions including mailings and registrations.
' Other duties as assigned.


REQUIREMENTS:
-Bachelor's degree (B.S./B.A.) in a health related field from four (4) year college or university
-Bilingual Spanish/English required
