Description: Our client is seeking a QA Lead/Sr. QA Analyst. This person will bring quality assurance expertise to assist the Client in achieving short term and long term expectations and goals. Candidates who are qualified and interested are encouraged to apply.
Requirements: The skills, experience, and education required for this position include the following:
Strong background in software engineering (SDLC), test frameworks, and automation/manual test execution experience/depth
Proficiency in Data Analysis, Problem Solving and analytical thinking all within the arena of Quality management
Experience creating and documenting test plan and test case scenarios and processes
Requires excellent analytical ability, strong judgment and problem analysis techniques, and intermediate project management skills
Experience with Testing tools to support automated test execution.
Extensive communication skills, both written and oral
Promotes participation at all levels to achieve optimum team results
Technical Skills:
Automation tools experience. (HP or Rational tools)
