Mechanical Project Engineer – Food Industry – Minster, OH
Responsibilities:
Project engineering supporting the installation and start-up of food packaging lines. Interface with the construction trades to answer questions and review work as it relates to the construction documents. Coordinate manufacturer equipment techs for commissioning and start-up of the packaging line.
Qualifications/ Skills:
Ideal candidate to have 8-12 years total experience with a minimum of 3-5 years in a food plant environment and 3-5 years in a corporate engineering or consulting engineering environment. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. Experience in dealing with construction trades in a fast-paced food environment.

BS Engineering (Mechanical or Packaging preferred)
$30-40 per hr
Project assignment is for 3-6 months on-site. Success could lead to longer term assignment on-site. It is a very fast-paced envrionment and will require the ability to quickly think and make decisions on the fly and the ability to mulit-task. The "Managing Others"refers to construction trades (construction support, not construction management).
