This group is growing significantly and is poised to double within the year. This is an opportunity to deliver exceptional client service in a growing industry with tremendous career advancement opportunities.
As a leader within a key service group, each Tax Manager will be relied upon to become the “go to” tax expert in an office of experts. This Manager will have exceptional client service orientation and able to maintain, leverage and broaden client relationships, engagements and projects.
• Minimum five to eight years of supervisory and project tax management experience in a large regional or Big Four public accounting firm
• Past compliance expertise with substantive pass-through entity tax work for middle-market companies and their individual demanding high-net-worth leaders
• Exceptional client service orientation with the ability to maintain, leverage and broaden client relationships, engagements and projects
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, CPA required, Master’s in Tax or LLM a plus
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to manage and develop staff in a highly interactive team environment. Must also have excellent verbal and written communication skills and is able to articulate complex financial information to all levels of clientele.
