With revenues approaching $5mm and roughly a 5% market share there is a great deal of opportunity to be a major contributor to this family-owned business and its 21 full-time employees.
We seek an Atlanta, GA - based National Service Manager responsible for leading, managing, developing a group of geographically-disparate, highly-specialized field service technicians. The sales manager will be responsible for being on call to receive all service calls and then dispatching them to the appropriate technician based on availability, geography, urgency and other criteria. The service manager will also be responsible for the development of operational and procedural documentation.
We seek a mature, responsible and accountable person of character and leadership. While an engineering degree is not a prerequisite, strong mechanical and/or electrical aptitude is required. The winning candidate will be:
- confident and calm under stress
- comfortable working with highly-skilled technicians
- detail and process-orientated
- familiar with power plants and power generation
- willing to learn the business from the ground up
