I&C Field Engineer
JOB DUTIES:
• Applies sound and diversified knowledge of engineering principles and practices in broad areas of assignment and related fields by making independent decisions on engineering problems and methods in the field.
• Utilizes advanced techniques and the modification and extension of theories, precepts, and practices in the field
• Familiar with instrument symbology, manufacturer's data, instrument and safety specifications, and control systems concepts
• Preparation of professional services and construction cost estimates and completeness and quality of instrumentation procurement and construction packages.
• Interface with client as needed to resolve issues and obtain approval of proposed designs
• Coordinate efforts with various disciplines to ensure accuracy of information and constructability of design
• Intools experience
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors or Graduate degree in a related engineering discipline. P.E. license, preferred. Specialized industry experience should include a minimum of several years supporting Oil & Refinery design engineering projects. Project related experience should include: refinery processes, power/utility systems & instrumentation design concepts
