Position Overview
The Maintenance Coordinator/Planner is responsible for providing maintenance planning support for the maintenance department.

Job Duties/Responsibilities
• Update and maintain SAP PM Master Data – must have extensive experience in SAP PM!
• Coordinates labor resources, equipment, parts and materials to support the maintenance function in the areas of breakdown, preventative, predictive and condition based maintenance.
• Coordinates and administers all day to day maintenance planning activities. Involves receiving work requests from client departments and determining who should perform the work: maintenance personnel, contractor or engineering. Maintenance work is planned by identifying required labor, tools, materials, project lead-time, and estimating number of personnel hours required to complete the work requests. Assigns priority to work orders as per defined procedures and schedules them accordingly.
• Coordinates and participates in the development of preventative maintenance routines and monitors the scheduling of same.
• Ensures cost control of Maintenance Activities.
• Ensures accuracy of feedback data and reviews same. Identifies and reports deviations for analysis.
• Manages work backlog into work plan.
• Utilizes the Computerized Maintenance Management System (SAP) and produces standard reports as required. Includes recording machinery/equipment repair history, generating reports and historical data for analyzing performance statistics and trends.
• Ensures materials' staging is completed in readiness for scheduled work.
• Track work orders to completion and electronically capture the failure codes and repair actions.
• Maintains equipment history.
• Reports on Maintenance Key Performance Indicators.
• Participates in Reliability Centered Maintenance Assessments
Suitable candidates for this role will have relevant engineering qualifications and experience preferably in the oil refinery/ petrochemical or another related industry.
