We are looking for a dependable, motivated individual with a strong desire to succeed in a fast paced environment to join our management team. This opening is for our Electronic Pre-Press Manager position in Shelton, CT. Successful candidate will have all or most of the following:

To assure the production of customer artwork, films, plates and screens is completed in accordance with customer specifications, in a timely and efficient manner, which meets both our customers and internal quality standards

• Esko/Barco system expertise
• Proven Digital workflow mapping experience
• ICC profiling for Kodak Approval, digital plate making, and multiple presses
• 5S / Lean Manufacturing / TQM experience
• Comprehensive color management experience for high end artwork
• Customer exposure and print trial experience preferred
• Comply with and enforce all company policies and procedures.
• Completes reports on departmental functions, personnel and operations as required.
• Performs other related duties as directed.

As with any management position you will be responsible for the following: providing employee performance reports, staffing, training, and adherence to company EH&S policies.


• Must have good interpersonal skills.
• Must have good mathematical and writing skills
• Must have knowledge of various computers, software and plate/screen making equipment.
• Must have supervisory/management skills
• Must be able to pay close attention to details.
• Must be a self starter.
• Must be familiar with file and film production as it relates to pressure sensitive printing equipment.
• Must be able to sit or stand for varying intervals, but with a minimum of two hours in length.
• Must be able to handle stressful situations, while maintaining a professional attitude.


Bachelor's Degree in a related field and/or 5+ years experience required.
