- Looking for a seasoned Telecom-VoIP Technician to support the company’s IP telephony communication and cell phone system.
- Knowledge at a high level of current protocols, standards, technologies, software and hardware capabilities, database, data communications hardware and software required.
- Need to possess experience developing and conducting testing of disaster recovery plans to detect faults, minimize malfunctions, and back-up systems.
- Will manage equipment inventory, setup, removal, and vendor activities.
- Will provide support and setup for connectivity via VPN\ASA\Firewall or web portals for users, vendors, customers, and etc.
- Will manage cell phone activity including setup, installation, integration to systems and vendor contracts and activity.
- In-depth expertise with PBX, Voice, or VoIP and IT systems desired.
- Among related technologies are TCP/IP, Telnet, FTP, VPN, Cisco Unity, Frame Relay, VoIP,
- Requires Certification(s) such as CCIE Routing and Switching, CCIE Voice or similar.
- BS Degree in related field highly beneficial.
- Candidates local to greater Cincinnati area strongly preferred.
- This is a permanent full-time opportunity, which might be structured as a contract-to-hire.
