Job Details:
Our client is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager to work with the quality control team, merchandising, and third party vendors to directly identify problems and implement process changes that eliminates these problems. The ideal candidate will have the ability to write/implement ISO 9001 procedures, create/review test protocols, and have experience reviewing product walk through summaries.

Working knowledge of FHSA (Federal Hazard Substance Act) CPSC (Consumer Product Safety Commission), and ISO 9001
Experience with working with buyers and suppliers both domestically and internationally is required.
Good time management skills; ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Computer skills required, including word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Ability to negotiate and work effectively with third party vendors
Working knowledge of FDA and regulations; ability to interpret and monitor them
This role requires knowledge of food-related regulations, including HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Process), when working in Consumables
To Apply - Must Have:
Associates or Bachelors degree preferred, though an equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
Minimum of 5 years of combined experience in a retail environment.
Experience working in a corporate environment
International experience working with both food and cosmetics suppliers
Experience creating test protocols and reading test results
Extensive FDA and HACCP experience
