REQUIRED : GM/AGM COMMERCIAL FOR MAJOR HEAVY INDUSTRY PROJECTS MNC ( Job Ref. JXGPF/37 )

COMPANY : A multibillion $ Global MNC in execution of Heavy Industrial Projects such as Cement, Chemicals, Oil Refineries, Power, Material handling Systems etc.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED : A CA / ICWA/ MBA Finance ( Full Time ) with strong commercial acumen and about 8-12 years experience in Commercial aspects of Project Management of large, complex Industrial Projects such as Cement, Oil & Gas, Power, Chemicals etc. Should be presently handling multiple projects via a Team of Commercial Managers.


RESPONSIBILITIES
* To ensure Commercial Project Management of all Projects by Commercial Managers and ensure regular and prompt handling of activities such as :advance payment realisation, Contract effectiveness letters, Circulation of GIST,GCC & SCC of the Contract, Contract amendments wherever required, Contract Milestones letters, Billing Schedule preparation, Invoicing to Client, Monthly site visit during supplies, Supervision track, Claim Management, taxation issues, retrieval of Bonds etc
* To lead the team of Commercial Project Managers and also handle certain big prestigious projects by himself.
* To manage compliance of all Commercial Project Management activities of Commercial Managers as listed in their responsibility charts.

SKILLS
1) Must have previous exposure of leading a team of Commercial Project Managers and must have Accounting or Commercial Education Background
2) Leadership & Team building quality.
3) Should be able to plan work flow for all Project Managers on his own and should be able to take decisions on his own
4) Must have good Microsoft Office knowledge.
5) Must be hard worker and ready to spend time according to Project demand.
6) Must have Good Communication Skills

AGE : NOT above 35 years

SALARY : Upto about Rs. 15-20 lacs per annum

LOCATION : Delhi. Frequent travel envisaged
