REQUIRED : DIRECTOR HR FOR GLOBAL INDUSTRIAL PARTS MNC ( Job Ref. JXTSM/34 )

COMPANY : Well established Globally , in India as well it is growing at a v. fast pace in the high technology segments it serves.

JOB PURPOSE: To Strategize, Supervise and Coordinate all human resource and personnel functions in line with the Company Objectives

PERSONAL PROFILE : This position seeks a very dynamic executive with a deep knowledge of Global HR Best Practices. Excellent Communication and Presentation skills are pre-requisites. Candidates should :
- Have a Full Time MBA HR Qualification from a good institute. Additional Qualification such as LLB will be an advantage.
- Have a progressively growing Career of 10-15 years in MNCs in the Manufacturing Sector renowned for their HR practices.
- Be able to demonstrate both hands-on approach as well as ability to do strategic planning with strong leadership skills, operating in a multi-cultural environ.
- Should have established HR as a Business Partner in their organizations.
- Have an age profile of 35-40 years.
- Be well familiar with Gurgaon / Haryana Culture, Labor Force, Local Laws etc.
- Be capable of working hard in a fast-changing environment with high levels of enthusiasm, relationship building and integrity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Developing Best HR Practices inline with Strategic Business Objectives, partnering closely with Business Heads within India and abroad.
- Organization Development , High Level Coaching and Counseling
- Recruitment and Selection
- Performance Management System and Compensation and Benefits
- Training, Development and Retention
- Employee Welfare, Industrial Relations, Administration and Legal
- Career Planning and Succession

SALARY : Upto about Rs. 20 lacs per annum

LOCATION : Gurgaon (Near Delhi )

Candidates should be in Gurgaon or prepared to relocate there
