Click Here to Apply Onlineoverseeing the operations of the materials management department related to property management, purchasing, receiving, storage, inventory control, forms management, printing, laundry and linen, Ensures efficient and cost-effective acquisition, utilization, distribution and, maintenance of equipment and supplies used throughout busy 25 bed Critcal Access Hospital in Eastern Oregon. Requires BS degree in business or materials with two years hospital experience or six years of hospital purchasing experience in lieu of a degree. Must understand basic accounting principles, principles of leadership and management, and business law, purchasing and materials management. The ideal applicant will have a varied background in health care and an understanding of clinical and professional departments. Certified Purchasing Manager certification (C.P.M.) or Certified Professional of Inventory Management (CPIM) is desired. Bilingual and/or English-Spanish speaking preferred.
