Experienced MilSatCom systems engineer with at least 5 years prior experience working with Milstar and/or AEHF. Must have worked with MCPT-i and preferably MPE, understand the user community, apportionment, communications planning, resource monitoring, and possess a fundamental working knowledge of the satellite payloads and terminal operations. Duties will include supporting a U.S. Air Force satellite operations center communications team in user troubleshooting, anomaly resolution, resource monitoring and enforcement, training, and user liaison duties. Duties require rotating 24/7 on-call support and occasional surge to support non-standard work schedule. Candidate must be a U.S. citizen able to obtain a TOP SECRET security clearance.
