Seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead this team!

3 years of management experience and demonstrated hands-on capability with basic electrical and mechanical systems. You will manage 3 shift supervisors and their technicians in this manufacturing environment. A 4-year technical degree in engineering or related field is required and seeking someone with automated background, automotive or manufacturing experience. This is a non-union environment.

Qualified candidates will have proven experience leading a Maintenance Department in the areas of:
• Preventative maintenance functions & analysis of breakdowns
• Effective project management skills
• Trouble Shooting, electrical and mechanical skills
• Hydraulics
• Fanuc robots
• PLC logic & programming
• AC drives and pneumatic systems
• Will coordinate projects with engineering/manufacturing
