1. 4 years experience in the development and maintenance
of multiple internet and intranet websites.
2. Ability to demonstrate the ability to create innovative
websites from inception to completion.
3. Must demonstrate the ability to work with a team of Web
content managers to establish content management solutions
4. Must demonstrate the ability to support an application
development team by designing and displaying UI template
5. Must demonstrate experience in the preparation, design and
production of a wide variety of marketing material for
internal and external audiences. (i.e. brochures, flyers,
presentations, advertisements, etc.)
6. Must demonstrate ability to both multi task and work
within tight timelines
7. Must demonstrate proficiency in the use of the
following software:

- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Active PDF
- Macromedia Fireworks
- Flash
- Dreamweaver
- Photoshop Illustrator
- MS Office
- PowerPoint
- Publisher

8. Must demonstrate a website they have designed
9. The applicant must have 4 years experience in web design
for a large application. The application must be
similar in size and scope to the types of application
development performed by a large governmental entity
such as the New York City Department of Education
10. Must demonstrate excellent communication skills.
