I have just heard about the daycare center in the Prosperity Road area give parents/families short notice about closing. I would like to help. If any families that was affected by this situation live in a 20mile radius of Matthews/Charlotte, than on a first come, first serve basis, I am available to provide care for your child/children as early as Monday. I have over ten years experience watching children of all ages. Out of four of those years, I watched babies with the age span of 4 months old through 12 months old. I am CPR/ first aid certified, have my own transportation, and a non-smoker. I like to follow the plan the parents set, so there will not be a disruption in the routine. At this time, I occasionally watch a young lady that just turned three years old, her brother which is four years old, and sometimes her older sister which is six years old. I like to read books to the children, and the children like it when I get animated with the story. The children also like when I participate in age appropriate learning activities, for example, singing and writing ABC's, and counting and writing numbers with them. The children also like it when I take them outside for fresh air, and let them play outside in the backyard on there play set. I have also gone through the background check process with care.com.
