Based in the Pacific NW, they provide customers with the tools, services, and expertise they need to deal with a rising tide of information security and compliance demands. They utilize Software as a Service to give Payment Card companies a turn-key solution to their PCI compliance headaches. The offer them and the merchant in their portfolio, low-cost access to the compliance expertise, technologies, and tools they need to deal with this complicated, demanding issue. They revenue share with partners, turning PCI from a problem into a revenue source. They do more than just give advice by using proprietary technology over the web, merchants can quickly generate all the completed documentation they need, including the creation of customized remediation plans and completed official Self-Assessment Questionnaires. They also help customers after the paperwork is done; giving them ongoing expert help, helping them find the right solutions to their problems, and assisting them with all the ongoing demands of a security and compliance program. If a customer does have a security breach, our client is there to help minimize the damage and get them back on their feet as quickly as possible. They also work closely with the merchant's partners—their processors, banks, and ISOs—giving them the business intelligence and reports they need to manage their own compliance responsibilities. Their revenue-sharing program helps partners turn PCI from a headache into a simple, convenient revenue stream.
Vice President - US Sales
Ideally you have a “rolodex” into acquiring bank/ISO/processor community. You may have written industry-related articles and conducted presentations for large audiences. Because of your background/experience you know “everybody in” and “everything” about the payment processing / acquiring / financial services / industry. You are a self-motivator who possesses a tremendous amount of energy and professionalism. If you don’t know a great deal about PCI compliance, our client will teach you! Our client is a “reseller” / lead generator for the data breach insurance - the insurer takes over once a lead has been generated. Eventually, you will build a regional sales team.
Location/Travel: work remotely; preference - reside near a major metropolitan area; travel between 30-40%

Compensation: $120-150k+ salary (very flexible based on experience), new-client signing bonus, plus uncapped commissions, potential for options/stock and strong benefits package
Job Description:
Sell PCI compliance software proprietary, web based technology to ISOs, Financial institutions and Merchant Processors in the US market. Our client’s products provide the expertise and compliance solutions tailored to various environments and business needs to quickly and easily comply with the PCI data security standard (PCI DSS). Average selling cycle can range between 2-6 months.
Develop and Manage ISO, Acquiring Bank, Processor relationships, and provide sales support on an on-going basis.
Deliver quarterly and annual revenue plan for US sales.
Define channel specific product requirements/opportunities to enhance and extend service offerings for each.
Professional Qualifications:
7-10+ years sales, sales management experience selling to the industry.
Broad roster of current contacts and relationships with Banks, Processors and ISOs.
Experience selling in the payment processing arena a big plus.
Working knowledge of merchant acquiring/processing and card issuing/processing business required.
Preferred attributes:
Self starter, innovative
Strong negotiation skills
Bachelor’s degree preferred. MBA a plus.
Able to work independently with minimum support in a high growth, small company environment.
