National Director - Agent Bank Sales/Development

In this role, you will Create and Manage relationships within an assigned market area, prospect, and sign new financial institutions to the Agent Bank platform.

Responsibilities:
 Utilizing a consultative sales approach, proactively consult with clients, ensuring achievement of individual financial goals and targets driven from organization goals and targets
 Proactively identify prospective clients that meet defined key prospect profile
 Identify product/service benefits that best meet prospects needs
 Create proposals and presentations targeted at solving business needs of prospects
 Negotiate pricing and contract terms and conditions
 Strong presentation, technical, consultative and negotiations skills required
 Ability to effectively interface with Senior Level Executives who represent target Financial Institutions
 Ability to effectively demonstrate, explain and sell Agent Bank suite of products and services
 Sign new agent banks generating annual revenues at or above assigned target within assigned territory
 Effectively manage time to ensue that 80% of time is dedicated to activities directly related to attracting prospects and closing deals
 Provide input to Marketing and Product Development on key products and/or initiatives required to close gaps in current product offering

Job Requirements:
 Ability to prioritize workload and handle multiple projects
 Timely and accurate completion of sales paperwork
 Timely production and delivery of pipeline and other related sales management information reports as assigned
 Ability to accurately answer clients questions
 Must have the ability to close deals with a minimal amount of supervision

Preferred attributes:
 Minimum of 4 years experience in credit card acquiring industry with focus on sales, prior financial institutions sales experience preferred
 BS or equivalent life experience
 Excellent organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to interpret and analyze financial data
 Proficient MS Office Suite and computer skills
 Possess clear oral and written communication skills; presentation skills and training experience is beneficial
 Demonstrated ability to utilize a consultative sales approach and consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets
 Must be self motivated
 Maintain a positive and professional work demeanor
 Schedule flexibility required

Location: work remotely

Compensation: commensurate with experience; base in the $92+/- range, total comp at plan $200k+
