Account Manager
Our client is aggressively searching for a proactive Account Manager to come join their team. This position is open to individuals passionate about asserting themselves in key client relationships and campaigns. They need a consultative, team – player, and goal-oriented person with outstanding work ethics that can comfortably interact in different social and professional settings. You will work closely with the Key Account Manager, Underwriters, and Executives to capitalize on day-to-day activities and /or campaigns. Ideally someone who worked in the cc processing industry would be ideal. You will also be attending trade shows and should be extroverted and professionally personable.
Key Responsibilities: • Act as primary point-of-contact for Client
• Masters and maintains vast knowledge of client’s business
• Monitors billing process for accuracy and timelines
• Works closely with clients to develop a strong relationship through exceptional communication skills
• Must be punctual
• Ability to follow-up in a timely manner
• Ability to set and meet goals/deadlines
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree and/or 3 years of business experience preferred
• Understanding of the overall media landscape and Internet channels
• Client management experience
• Strong project management skills
• Strong quantitative skills
• Extremely organized and highly motivated
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience giving presentations to clients
• Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ACT skills
