* BFS domain knowledge. Acquired either working for an BFS company or consulting with them.
* Solid delivery experience
* Have solid professional services experience – need people who have done consulting, managed P&L, learned how to handle difficult customers, managed large numbers of concurrent projects, etc.
* Have some offshore experience
* Evidence of team building and leadership experience.
· PL management 15+ MM
Candidates from top-tier consulting/ outsourcing firms are strongly preferred.
