Main Responsibilities:

�œ Operate equipment at optimal performance
�œ Troubleshoot and repair problems and identify root cause
�œ Calibrate equipment
�œ Train associates on equipment
�œ Ensure that equipment is maintained
�œ Suggest process, quality, efficiency or safety improvements
�œ Create and maintain line data
�œ Gain a thorough understanding of quality for the product and being capable of monitoring and adjusting process in a timely manner to assure good quality is maintained.
�œ Be capable and willing to cross train into other cell positions

Qualifications Requirements:

1. Minimum of high school diploma with work experience (prefer two-year technical degree in Industrial system technology or Manufacturing Technology).
2. Strong general mechanical skills, math skills and computer literate.
4. Local or close enough for a short move.
5. Good working knowledge of all electronic and PLC based applications in an industrial environment is a plus but not required.
