Click Here to Apply OnlineThe Kansas Department of Labor (KDOL) is seeking a Customer Service Assistant (Administrative Specialist) to partner with the Overland Park Workforce Center in assisting the public in filing for Unemployment Insurance Benefits on the internet. This position will greet and assist walk-in customers to file initial applications, weekly claims and obtain general information via KDOL web site.
If you have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, enjoy helping others, are a fast learner and adept in the use of personal computers and navigating the internet, this could be the right job for you. Qualified candidates will have one to two years of public service experience.
