Position Summary

In this role, you will act as a key resource in the IT group of one of our divisions. As we continue to roll out SAP across the remaining parts of our division, you will be a key liaison between our corporate SAP function and the division. You will consult with division partners primarily from supply chain and manufacturing around how to best leverage the technology and drive to successful outcomes.

Essential Functions

. Manage the existing project SAP conversion
. Support the parts of the business that are already on SAP
. Continue to suggest and implement enhancements to the SAP platform,
including exercising judgment in terms of when interfaces will be created.

Qualifications

* Minimum of eight years experience in business analyst or related position focused on partnering with business customers to identify and deliver business systems solutions.

* Implementation experience with MM and PP modules required. APO experience preferred.

* Project management and leadership experience are critical, including:
- A track record in leading users in the development and execution of integration, system and user acceptance system testing activities of a SAP ERP.
- Experience in developing, communicating and managing detailed project plans.
- Experience using a full life cycle methodology for system development.

* Strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to translate between business-focused and technical-focused individuals.

* Track record of successfully working with C-level business executives on business system projects and issues.

* Demonstrated experience documenting business requirements that detailed the functional, process and data needs of a given
business area. Strong understanding and demonstrated experience developing cross- functional process and use case models.

* Bachelors Degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, MIS or related field. MBA strongly preferred.



Position may require some travel (up to 15%)
