Phlebotomist.

Location: San Luis Obispo, CA
Number of Openings: 1
Hours: 8 hours per day between the hours of 7:30am and 5:30pm
Days: M-F
Please Note: Credentials needed by Wednesday, November 4, 2009 by 3pm

· License
· Resume
· 3 References w/ names and phone numbers
· CPR certification
· TB test within 1 year
· 2 forms of ID
