The Covenant Place of Burleson is a beautiful 74 unit assisted living retirement community conveniently located in Burleson, TX.

We are looking for a dynamic leader to join our leadership team as the Director of Resident Services.

The Director of Resident Services is responsible for the coordination of care for all residents, including case management and managing the Resident Assistant staff to ensure exceptional resident care.

Requirements:

Qualified candidates will have be a Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, LVN preferred as well as management experience. Candidate must be CPR and First Aid Certified. Candidate must be able to read, write and speak the English language and be able to communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians and employees. The ability to work nights, weekends, holidays is also required.
