The successful candidate will have experience in the following areas:

• Significant experience with large projects involving the implementation of business change management strategies and tactics.

• Five-plus (5+) years of change management / organizational alignment experience. This should include a successful record of developing and delivering change management strategies and tactics Experience in all aspects of real project management from managing staff, planning using project tools, organizing resources, team management, and managing project status, earned value performance management and financial reconciliation would also be considered an asset.

• Excellent organization skills – a demonstrated history of effective time management, coordination with stakeholders, managing customer (internal or external) expectations, ability to write in simple succinct English, a logical approach to information categorization, and work breakdown structures.

• Excellent facilitation skills – ability to train, facilitate workshops, host information gathering sessions, make presentations.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Strong leadership skills and teambuilding.
