- An excellent working knowledge of network workstations, Microsoft office, Procomm, client and mainframe application inputting is desirable.
- Extremely organized with experience tracking, documenting and monitoring order status from start to finish.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently escalating as needed to resolve all issues within ITS mobile voice and data service targets.
- Good written and verbal communications skills
- Telecommunications diploma or engineering degree with at least 3 years cellular and wireless work experience.
- Industry experience planning and implementing Telus Mike, PCS and Blackberry (BES configuration) services an asset.
- Proven track record managing and planning large complex wireless services
Preferred
- At least 2 years experience in customer service managing high volume mobile communications orders from department coordinators.
- Telephone experience with Centrex and Octel administration.
- Basic understanding of Centrex station features.
- Centrex Station Configuration Station CM training and experience.
- Octel system administration training and experience.
