The Business Analyst (Rx) designs, configures, and tests software products for the EpicCare Rx application. Their primary responsibility is to review high-level designs, complete detailed design, construct enhancements where appropriate, coordinate vendor releases, execute tests for those releases/enhancements, and migrate changes to production. Business Analysts (Rx) are also required to provide production support and resolve problem tickets for those applications to which they are assigned. The Business Analyst must be certified in Epic Rx.


Basic Qualifications:

* Certified in Epic Rx
* Doctor of Pharmacy degree required
* Minimum of 4 years experience in a support, post implementation role

Professional Skill Requirements

* Clinical or Health & Life Science experience is an advantage
* EpicCare Inpatient or Ambulatory Implementation or support experience preferred
* Epic Beacon Oncology certification strongly preferred
