THE OPPORTUNITY

The Director of Training & Education Services will be responsible for managing and coordinating all operations for Associated Renewable Institute which acts as the training division for Associated Renewable Inc.

THE POSITION
===============
We currently have a Director of Training & Education Services Opportunity in New York City. Responsibilities include managing the division Associated Renewable Institute and ensuring the division complies with all state, federal and accreditation guidelines.
RESPONSIBILITIES
==================
Complete various applications and reports for state, federal & accreditation agencies
Design new courses, classes and programs
Ensure compliance with the BPSS (Bureau of Proprietary School Supervision)
Ensure compliance with NYSED (New York State Education Department)
Manage institute partnerships
Liaise with prospective students and provide tours of the facility
Conduct telemarketing and personalized e-mail campaigns to promote training classes & programs
Follow-up on inbound training leads received through e-mail, web and phone
Manage training administration activities such as scheduling classes, sourcing instructors, processing student registrations, sending acknowledgment and confirmation e-mails to students, submitting customer invoice requests, ordering and shipment of training materials, responding to customer inquiries, communicating with internal stakeholders and post-training follow-up
REQUIREMENTS
==================
Bachelors degree in Education, Higher Education Administration or related field
Expert knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools used in training sales, administration and customer service
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Self-discipline and motivation to produce results with minimal supervision
Excellent planning, time management, organizational and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical, problem solving and creative thinking skills
