RESPONSIBILITIES:

Pham-Nguyen, Legacy AGE)St. Louis leadership position responsible for managing a
group of Business Analysts, QA testers, Product Managers and Project Managers
(associates and contractors). Primary responsibilities include collaborating
with the business on requirements, performing system analysis, comp modeling,
and support of Advisor Comp and legacy comp systems (Syndicate Index, Profit
Formula, MMP, FiNET Comp, CCG Billing). This team will work closely with the
Development team to deliver quality solutions meeting business needs. Main
business users include Finance teams from PCG, CCG, ISG. The team will interact
closely with other services teams including BDW, ETL and Actuate competency
centers as needed to provide solutions meeting architecture and operational
standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education:4-year college degree, preferably
in MIS or Business Experience:5+ years related experience in a project
management or business liaison role within an IT Department, preferred depths in
at least one of the following areas: systems integration, financial analysis,
programming, financial services industry IT Business Competencies (AGE or WST) &
Industry Knowledge Business Acumen Process Management Product Management Project
Leadership Relationship Management Personal Competencies:Problem Solving
Leadership Organizational Teamwork Customer Service Communication &
Interpersonal IT Process / Methodologies Competencies: Solution Analysis &
