JOB SUMMARY
Functions as part of a team performing routine and project functions relating, but not limited to AR Operations.
Reviews reports as needed, moves inventory to the appropriate location, notifies management of issues and offers solutions to the problems.
Supports Administrative Asssitant for COE.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Include the following. Others may be assigned.
Special projects as assigned, including supporting DRA call needs, though not limited to.
Supports Administrative Assistant in her absence or when demands require.
Monitors reports and advises management or takes action on accounts as needed.
Offers solutions to identified issues, including recommendations for refresher training needs.
Reviews accounts as needed for payer projects, high dollar reviews, off track accounts, etc.
Analyizes AR for growth and trends, and advises management accordingly.
Attends meetings - submits agenda items, comes to meeting prepared with outcomes to action plans.

Proven analytical skills Excels in Interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills
Excellent listening and problem solving skills
PC/Systems literate including the Internet and excellent MS office skills
Proficient in prioritizing and managing multiple tasks
Proven ability to perform quality control checks on user input and output, detecting and correcting basic error functions
Demonstrated ability to balance computer output to input within established standards and resolves discrepancies
Demonstrated efforts to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work
Ability to process and work cooperatively and jointly with coworkers and management team to provide quality customer service
Proven problem solving, evaluation and decision making skills
Knowledge in system platforms, including ACE, VI, On Demand, Showcase, EPIC desired
Demonstrated ability to perform new tasks with limited training
Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to change
Understanding of HIPAA regulations Ability to produce analysis reports
Understanding of Standard Query Language

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE Include minimum education, technical training, and/or experience required to perform the job.
High School Diploma or equivalent Two (2) years experience working and interacting with patients in a financial services environment or equivalent
