JOB SUMMARY Functions as part of a team performing routine and project functions relating, but not limited to AR Operations. Reviews reports as needed, moves inventory to the appropriate location, notifies management of issues and offers solutions to the problems. Supports Administrative Asssitant for COE. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Include the following. Others may be assigned. Special projects as assigned, including supporting DRA call needs, though not limited to. Supports Administrative Assistant in her absence or when demands require. Monitors reports and advises management or takes action on accounts as needed. Offers solutions to identified issues, including recommendations for refresher training needs. Reviews accounts as needed for payer projects, high dollar reviews, off track accounts, etc. Analyizes AR for growth and trends, and advises management accordingly. Attends meetings - submits agenda items, comes to meeting prepared with outcomes to action plans.
