We are looking for an Account Executive.

💰 Compensation: USD 70K - 90K/year.
+ Health insurance
🌎 Location: Hybrid (318 West 39th Street, New York, NY, USA).
💪 Skills: Proficient in customer service and Microsoft Excel.
⭐ Responsibilities and more:
-Act as event liaison between the client and vendors, donors, etc.
-Generate all correspondence to clients, including proposal letters, and thank-you letters.
-Maintain records on RFP, progress, status, and post event summary.
-Supervise event to oversee activities and ensure details are handled as planned.
-Address any issue that may arise and will remain on site after the event is over to ensure proper clean up when necessary.
-Work with and give guidance to staff involved in the event planning and execution.
-Advise client on services needed that are related to the special event planning.
-Monitor delivery of services to ensure contract terms are satisfied.
-Develop and maintain an extensive network of contacts, both internal and external, to facilitate event coordination.
-Develop and control budgets on a program or event basis.
-Determine staffing needs for special events. Authorize or secure additional staff as required.
-Perform other related duties as assigned or requested by clients.
-Supporting stadium staff as needed on duties requested by the client.
