Responsibilities

• Assists in accounting activities such as balance sheet account reconciliation, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, forecasting, physical inventory and financial statement analysis.

• Coordinate the activities required to consolidate general accounting data used in preparation and presentation of monthly financial reports.

• Complete all monthly, quarterly and annual accounting entries required to close the books (link removed) />
• Handle closing for all locations which include the reconciliation of inventory to the GL and other necessary GL entries to close the books.

• Examine, verify, summarize and journalize accounting data.

• Perform internal audits and special financial studies or analysis.

• Responsible for other duties, as assigned.
