2.       Production deployment of HCF and MCaaS platform component only

3.       Reporting on end-to-end service

4.       IaaS HCF and MCaaS platform Operation Run Support

5.       Infrastructure monitoring for both HCF and MCaaS platform

6.       24x7 support and 24x7 proactive monitoring

7.       Create and maintain run books for operations

8.       Offer knowledge transfer to assigned client resources

9.       Supports MCaaS: platform for XX apps  

10.    Maintain MCS developed pipelines
