- Hands-on experience on Azure Services and Cloud-based technologies
- Hands on experience on Azure Policy & Management Group.
- Hands on experiences on Log Analytics
- Hands on experience on Azure Update Management
- Must have a proven record of delivering solutions in a datacenter environment
- Hands on experience on Hyper-V, SCVMM, SCOM and System Center.
- Must have a proven record and skills in managing server hardware, SANs and networking equipment.
- Hands on experience and success in architecting and designing solutions
- Is experienced on ITSM (Service and Incident Management)
- Ability to read, interpret and/or develop technical specifications, diagrams and infrastructure blueprint
Desirable Technical Skills
- Demonstrated Technical understanding of Microsoft and industry products & technologies
- Build and Manage Project schedule
- Possesses general understanding in the areas of application programming and Tools development
- Maintains awareness of new and emerging technologies and the potential application on client engagements
- Understanding of ISO requirements and documentations preferred

Key Responsibilities
- Provide monthly reporting of program metrics, site usage, budget efficiency, track business requirements, activities and actions taken to stakeholders.
- Provide weekly status on activities and actions to resolve outstanding issues.
- Provide reporting through the monthly business reviews
- Conduct monthly service business reviews with business covering KPI performance, operational innovation, any changes in business requirements.
- Ensure all teams are delighted with the support experience across all the strategic investment program operations supported
- Must have a proven record of managing and executing work through large vendor teams and outsourced partners
