Inbound Tech Sales Associate (US/UK)

• Should have basic technical troubleshooting knowledge in Windows, Mac, Ios
• Handling Troubleshooting Issues for Printer, Router, Antivirus
• Selling of relevant software.
• Closing calls
• Candidate should be flexible to work in 24*7 environments (US Shift), comfortable to work in Night shifts.
• 6 days working / 1 rotational off
• Excellent communication skills
