- Designs, develops, codes, tests, debugs and maintains applications both in Azure and Microsoft Windows ServersAble to provide confident high level estimates based on initial code research, high level business requirements and existing business rules and documentation.
- Is able to provide a POC (proof of concept) in the time allocated.Fast learner, is able to work independently and with less supervision.Prepares detailed documentation for programs, processes.
- Pair programs, tests, debugs, code reviews and uses development testing tools to test code performance prior to checking in code for QA testing.Forward thinker, keeps a watch on new technology and provides recommendations to reporting manager.
- Ability to work on an Agile Product Team structure.Mentors and coaches other team members and business customersQualifications6 to 8 years experience in software development.Experienced in full lifecycle application development, SDLC, Enterprise Software Development.Experience with Agile methodologies and Agile SAFe.
- 2-4 years experience with the Azure platform, ADF, ADW.
- Experience with Databricks a plus.
- Designing, coding and debugging applications in various software languages.Object-oriented Design, Analysis (OOD and OOASoftware testing and quality assurance.Performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability, automation.
- Integrate software with existing systems.Identify and help evaluate new technologies.Experience in C#, MVC and other patterns, TDD, Phyton. Experience with Phyton Spark and Polybase a plus.Experienced in SQL, stored procedures, SSMSExperience with git, CICD, Jira, BigPictureExperience with building high-volume transactional systemsExperience with web services development and micro servicesExperience with (LDAP / Active Directory, web caching, javascript frameworks other than jQuery, bootstrap, git flow, cloud based infrastructure)
